Fossibot F3600 launches as a new 3,600W portable power generator with multiple fast charging modes

Nov 22, 2023

Fossibot has introduced the new F3600 as "an innovative model", and not just because it has the up-to-date power station form-factor that integrates wheels and a telescopic handle for even more portability. It also has the new on-trend feature of an (ideally) ultra-fast simultaneous AC/solar charging mode that goes at up to 2,200W/2,000W respectively to re-charge its (also in-demand) LFP batteries in as little as 1.5 hours.

Once full, the F3600 is rated for a capacity of 3,840 watt-hours (Wh), backed to keep even a 200W refrigerator going for up to 16.3 hours. This would be done via one of the F3600's "world voltage" 220-240V AC ports, although it has 12 additional output options, a car-like cigarette lighter and a 12V/25A XT60 port included.

That charging option also works the other way, as the F3600 also has the port necessary to use a car as an input at up to 12V. That might be a saving grace in some emergency situations, even though it would take 32 hours in total. Speaking of emergencies, the F3600 even integrates a magnetic flashlight in its own little silo (like the detachable speakers of a Rivian) as well as an inbuilt 3W LED.

Fossibot has released its new F3600 through channels such as Geekbuying with an MSRP of US$2999.99, although it may go for ~22% less than that price from June 13 to 27, 2023 during its introductory event.
